We at Eyfel Perfume UK pride ourselves on high standards of customer service. We do this by ensuring contact with our customers, ensuring you are completly %100 satisfied and happy with our service. We promise that all personal information given to us will not be divulged to anyone under any circumstances what so ever by us!

 

Delivery

Eyfel UK Perfume want you to have the best all round experience with us, this includes delivery & returns. We use Royal Mail Postal Service to ensure you'r order is safe. Delivery Fee is £4.90 per order not per item. Order before 2pm Monday-Friday same day dispatch! & before 12pm Saturday- Sunday. 1 to 3 working days for you'r order. 

 

Payments & PayPal 

 

When you have made you'r purchase to Eyfel Perfume UK, you will recieve an email via PayPay. This is a payment request, fill in the required feilds and press send. Ther is no fee for using this service and don't worry if you dont have a PayPal account all cards are excepted. You will recieve an electronic receipt direct from us once the payment has been made & follow up emails of you'r order & tracking details. 

 

Returns

 

If you are not satsfied & would like a refund thats fine. We aim to please so any issues please get in touch! You may return you'r item within 14day of purchase. Please let us no via the contact page & we will resolve the issue to you'r satisfaction.
